Greetings from Ruidoso,
NM!!
My name is Paul Park and I have
been a devoted Realtor here in NM since January 2003. I remain committed
to providing a professional service in helping you realize your need, dream
and/or desire. I offer hard work and dependability with full attention
to detail. I learned these qualities early in life and have never
wavered from them. I must say "without hard work, the only place
you can find success is in the dictionary".

As Realtors, we all have lots of
stories we could tell you, both good and bad. I choose to tell a
heart-warming story from a few years ago............
I was contacted by a couple
wishing to begin their search for a home to buy. His only day off from
work was Sunday, so I agreed to pick them up at 11 am and we would look at a
few homes. Upon arrival, I discovered they lived in an RV with their 4
children. They were ready to go and I could feel an "air of
excitement" from them. Over the course of the day, I learned that
they had been saving up money for quite some time for a good down payment to
hopefully realize a dream. Quite amazed, I also learned that they paid
their bills on time. There was something about this couple I admired and
as we looked at homes, their eyes would light up like the 4th of July.
That particular day, I knew "I would do everything possible to help them
realize their American Dream".
Over the next several weeks, we
worked hand in hand with a local mortgage broker and I did find a small home
which they could make work. Oh my goodness, the excitement was
unbelievable!! I thought, "I am going to die if they do not get this
house". A couple of months went by with inspections,
mortgage-required documents, survey, etc., with things at times being a bit
uncertain. I thought, "Please, please, please.......?"
Well, that day did finally arrive
with my buyers being approved and the closing date set. I will never
forget driving away from the title company. I had tears in my eyes and
my throat was cracking, but I had a huge smile on my face.
Over time, they have made big
improvements to their home and every time I see them, they say "We cannot
thank you enough for all you did".
