I
grew up in Alamogordo, New Mexico, just a short 45 minute drive from the center
of Ruidoso, and had been a frequent visitor to the Ruidoso area from a very
young age. Having been born in Dallas, I have been known to my friends and
family to being a "die hard" Dallas Cowboy fan all my life, but I
never let that interfere with business no matter who your team is! I moved to
Ruidoso on a full-time basis in 1973 while being involved in the construction
industry and entered the real estate profession in 1974.
Since entering the real estate business, I have consistently been one of
the top producers and have won every award given by the Ruidoso Board of
REALTORS® prior to their eliminating awards in 1996. I have been a
Multi-Million Dollar Producer every year since 1983.
In addition to being a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, I have been Lister
of The Year five times, Sales Person of The Year four times, Broker of The Year
four times, Hustler of The Year six times, Top Producer of The Year three times,
President’s Club and Top Production twice, and was named REALTOR® of the
Year. I have been awarded the Chairman's Circle Gold which is awarded for the top

in sales in the United States for Prudential agents in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006,
and 2007. Earning this award for 5 consecutive years, I have received
Prudential's top honor, The Legend Award, and have joined an elite group of
agents who are in the top 1% in total sales of all Prudential Agents in the
United States.
I am a life member in the National Register of Who’s Who of
Professionals in the Real Estate field. I have served on the Board of Directors
and have been an Officer for the Ruidoso Board of REALTORS®. I have also been a
Director for the Realtor’s Association of New Mexico (RANM). In addition, I am
a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). I
also am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. I have served as
chairman or a committee member of several REALTOR® committees including
Professional Standards and Ethics and Grievance committees.
I have been involved in various community-based volunteer organizations
such as Rotary, President’s Club for the Ruidoso Valley Chamber of Commerce,
Billy the Kid Scenic Byways Committee, and the Economic Development Corporation
of Lincoln County. I have also been active in several charitable
organizations, such as St. Jude’s Hospital Bike-A-Thon, Camp Enchantment, and
Ski Apache Disabled Skier’s Association. Cindy and I are members and
avid supporters of the Spencer Theater for the Performing Arts and the Hubbard
Museum of the American West.
Among the things that I like to do, when I have time off, are fly my
Bonanza airplane for business and pleasure (I am a private pilot with instrument
rating). I also like to golf, snow ski and play my guitar.
As a whole, I am highly respected among the business community and have
been recognized for fairness in dealing with the public, customers, clients and
fellow REALTORS®. I am active in the selling of homes, townhomes,
condominiums, modular and mobile homes, commercial property, multi-family
developments, lots, acreage, and ranches. Prudential Lynch Realty
also handles property management and relocation.
Borrowed from my grandfather, our office motto is
"Making new friends while keeping the old".
